Recraft

Through Pantinue, our customers can return their used Pangaea products, in exchange for credits.

Simply:

1. Tell us what you would like to trade in

2. Print a prepaid label 

3. Mail us your gear for credit

These credits can be exchanged for a discount code - the amount of discount you receive will depend on the type of product you send to us and its condition. 

Recrafted products are added to our website as a separate collection and are available for repurchase.

* We only accept used Pangaea goods that function(s) perfectly and is in a good condition.

Recycling and composting

If you own a Pangaea product that is beyond repair, please return it to us so we can properly dispose of it. 

Products that are returned to our facility are sorted carefully and disposed of in the following ways: 

Alternatively, if you cannot claim any credits through Pantinue - to save cost and transport miles - we recommend you recycle or compost the product yourself.

You can do this by: creating your own compost pile or finding one that is owned and shared by your local community; donating your unwanted product(s) to your local charity shop; or, by dropping it off at your local recycling point. 

Repair

To cut down on consumption and get more use out of the stuff we already own, we should try to repair the things we own; keeping our stuff in use for longer and save some our planets most valuable resources.

Please follow the next steps if a DIY repair is too complex:

1. Send a video to Pantinue on Instagram of the item(s) you would like to repair - clearly show what needs repairing in the video. 

2. Add a brief description of what needs repairing in a separate message. 

3. We will then check the item for repair feasibility and conduct a repair assessment - we will also provide information on repair options and costs at this point.

4. Next, you should either confirm or decline whether you would like to go ahead with the repair.

5. If confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email, a prepaid label and the address we would like you to send your product(s) to.

6. We will start your repair, once your item(s) arrive at our address.

* The repair process may take a while. Please allow at least 8 weeks, for us to process your repair. 

Defects

Pangaea products that arrive at our manufacturing facility with a flaw and do not meet our product quality standard to be shipped at its retail price, will be added to our defect collection. 

Functional products in this collection, will be sold at a discounted price. 

Selling our defects at a discounted price, due to: poor stich quality, incorrect logo placement, product damage etc. - will ensure our products stay out of landfill(s).
