Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you received, or have simply changed your mind after we have emailed you your order confirmation, we are more than happy to accept your return anytime up to 30 days after the delivery of the product(s).
Products must be handled with care and returned in their original state, with all labels and tags attached.
If you want to exchange your product(s) for a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order.
Your return will be refunded once it has been processed at our warehouse. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed - this can take 2-3 business days after we’ve received it. Please note the refund may take 14 days to get credited in your account.
How to request a free return:
1. Create and print a return label - On our contact page, add your details (name and email address); add ‘return’ as the message subject; in the message section, enter your order number, the email address you used to order your product(s), the items you would like to return, and the reason for your return; send us your request.
Follow the instructions provided during the process and print the label provided. Make sure you have a printer available.
2. Pack your return - Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the packaging you received your products in. Seal the package securely and attach the return label on the outside of your parcel. Please make sure all the old shipping labels, stickers, and other materials, have been removed or covered up.
3. Drop the products at the selected location - Drop off the package at the selected location within the opening hours.
4. Return confirmation and refund - You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been correctly returned to our warehouse, accepted and processed. This might take up to 2-3 business days. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) you have returned are inspected.
Delivery
Where and when do we deliver:
Goods ordered through this website will only be delivered to England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Man.
Standard deliveries will cut-off at 12pm, on Mondays and Thursdays, excluding bank holidays.
Please consider the one below as an estimated time of delivery; the actual delivery time is displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days and delivered within approximately 5-7 working days.

Taxes and duties are already included in the product cost.
Payment
You can pay for your goods by PayPal.
If you are paying by PayPal you will be asked to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment.
Your goods will be supplied after your payment is cleared. If we do not receive your payment within 30 days after the date of your order then your order will be cancelled.
We will send the goods to you at the delivery address indicated on your order confirmation. However, we may only send documents by email to the email address provided at the time of making your order.
Warranty
Pangaea products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials for two years.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair the product without charge, replace the product or credit the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, laundering, improper care, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended use and time.

Pangaea garments are not only built to last, but they are also easy to care for. Routine care will ensure excellent performance and extend their useful life. Be sure to follow the care instruction; typically found on our website (in the product description) and on the inside tag.
